Our Return Policy

Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return SpaceStationSim for a full refund after receiving an RA# from our customer care representative. Vision Videogames will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from the SpaceStationSim web store. If you purchased SpaceStationSim from another vendor, you must return it to them for a refund. SpaceStationSim must be UNOPENED and in re-sellable condition unless it was defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or in un-sellable condition will be charged a fee at our discretion. If an item has been damaged in shipping to you, you must inform our customer care representative that that is the reason for return.

Refunds:

Vision Videogames will notify you via e-mail and will refund your purchase within 14 business days after we have received and processed the returned item. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Vision Videogames will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Packing and Mailing Your Return:

1. Call 1-410-825-1200 and ask for a Customer Care representative. You will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in the box. Make sure the items are packed properly, so they will not be damaged in shipment back to Vision Videogames.

3. Affix a shipping label, write the RA # in large numbers on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the package per the approved method given to you by the Customer Care representative who gave you the RA #.
